We believe that learning to code should be a fundamental part of every student's education. Learning programming skills is vital in our modern age for a variety of reasons, from helping students understand math to increasing hirability. There are currently 500,000 unfilled computing jobs. Currently, a big problem in the American education system is the lack of coding classes in high school and the failure to expose coding to students at a young age. To add to this problem, students of different socioeconomic backgrounds are not offered equal opportunities to learn to code causing the field to be imbalanced.

The mission of our program is to teach coding to as many 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th, and 9th graders as possible. Through partnerships with different organizations, we provide coding courses taught by qualified high school students to help solve the problem of the unequal distribution of coding education and to inspire great kids to become engineers and coders.
